P. L. JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION, INC., was established in 1997 in Takoma Park, Maryland. P. L. JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. is owned by Phillip L. Johnson who has 22 years in the construction business. When Mr. Johnson realized he had a talent and service that would help homeowners with the remodeling and beautification of their homes he established P. L. JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION, INC.

Mr. Johnson has worked on several major projects within the Washington Metropolitan area, one being Union Station, where he supervised in the installation of framing and finish carpentry work within several stores located in the mall. Mr. Johnson has worked with several leading companies such as Donahoe Construction on several sites as with Case Design and Chevy Chase Design Build Firms. Mr. Johnson also worked with Southern Management Company in renovating and turning Apartments into Condominiums located in the Silver Spring, MD. area. He was instrumental with Mariner Health Care as a supervisor in renovating several nursing homes in the Washington Metropolitan area.

Mr. Johnson has several years of designing and architectural experience. He has several pieces of his own art hanging on display within his home and other homes in the Washington, Metropolitan areas. Mr. Johnson has designed many offices, basements, outdoor structures (decks, landscape walkways etc.), kitchens, bathrooms and additions. From laying tile to hanging doors, painting internal and external structures, designing and building wet bars, bookcases, closets, etc.

JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION, INC., is a member of NARI which stands for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, belonging to a select group of over 300 of the most reputable and experienced remodeling contractors and also is a member of the Better Business Bureau, which promotes truth in advertising and integrity in business. P. L. JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. is a licensed and insured company in Washington, DC and Maryland that treats each customer as a lifelong client not just a project to complete, while taking pride in the work performed and who has an eye for detail.
